Fighting in the northern Mali between armed groups and the government forces is still causing people to flee to neighbouring Niger.\r\rThe displacement continues even one year after the African country got a new president.\r\rMost of the recent refugees are ethnic Tuareg - a community which straddles the border between Mali and Niger - who say they face discrimination in both countries.\r\rAl Jazeera's Mohamed Vall reports.
