The Obama administration is now back pedaling its rhetoric regarding the power of multinational corporations. The controversial portion of the Trans-Pacific Partnership free trade agreement between nine nations has now been leaked and the arrangement allows for foreign corporations operating in the US to appeal regulations to an international tribunal that could over rule American laws.
