The European Union (EU) is improving the lives of rural people in Timor-Leste through the ERA Project. This project is implemented by the International Labour Organization (ILO) together with the Government of Timor-Leste with the objective of enhancing rural access by training and involving local entrepreneurs to rehabilitate and maintain rural roads using a labour-based approach
