Saratoga Springs -- A group of protesters calling themselves Justice for Darryl rallied outside Saratoga Springs City Hall Tuesday night. \n\nThey claim police violently beat 21-year-old Darryl Mount over the weekend. \n\nOfficers says claims of police brutality are not true -- they claim Mount fell or jumped 20-feet from scaffolding into this alley off Putnam Street while he was trying to run from police after officers say they saw him shove a woman's head into a wall on Caroline Street. \n\nPolice Mount could face charges of resisting arrest and domestic abuse but are holding off for now because of his serious injuries.
