Afghan President Hamid Karzai is back home from a three-day to the U-S with plenty of news to Afghan people. \n\nHe said that Bagram detention center will be no more under the control of Americans and Afghans themselves would run the jail. Karzai also insisted that Afghanistan will be safe after U.S forces pull out of the country.\n\n\nOn the streets
