My video of our deep fried turkey we cooked today. It was a 2 day affair as i brined the turkey first for 24 hrs then i deep fried it on the second day. Im using a rectangular deep fryer from Bass pro. Chose Rectangle over cylinder deep fryer because in the summer you can do seafood boils easier with this. Also the likelihood of oil spilling over is reduced. Hope you enjoy
