Having a sharp knife is as important as having a loaded gun when in the field. During my recent hunt with Martin Pieters Safaris in Zimbabwe for cape buffalo we used a couple of knives from Outdoor Edge. We asked the camp skinners and professional hunter to compare the Outdoor Edge knives against the knives they had in camp.
