Smoked Mushrooms4 cups mushrooms 2 tablespoons lemon pepper 2 tablespoons garlic powder Cut mushroom stems off and wash. Sprinkle lemon pepper and garlic powder lightly over mushrooms. Smoke at 225 degrees F for 45 minutes. Cool; serve immediately. Yields 4 cups. |
