Steak Tenderizer1/2 cup catsup 2 cups water 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup dark vinegar 1 cup vegetable oil 3 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons prepared mustard 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper 1 teaspoon garlic salt 1/2 teaspoon Durkee smoked salt 1 large onion, cut into wedges Combine ingredients; place steaks in it for 24 hours in refrigerator, covered. Drain well; broil or cook on grill. |
