Moo Shu Pork Wraps1 (12 ounce) lean boneless pork loin, cut into 1/4-inch thick strips, well trimmed1 medium onion, thinly sliced1/4 cup minced peeled fresh ginger2 garlic cloves, minced4 cups thinly sliced bok choy1 medium red bell pepper, sliced10 large white  mushrooms, cut into matchstick-size strips4 cups bean sprouts1/4 cup sake3 tablespoons hoisin sauce2 tablespoons soy sauce8 (8-inch) flour tortillasPreheat oven to 325 degrees F.Heat large skillet over high heat until very hot. Add first 4 ingredients and stir-fry until pork is brown and onion is tender, about 5 minutes. Mix in bok choy, red bell pepper and mushrooms and stir-fry until bell pepper is crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat source.Wrap tortillas in foil and place in oven for 8 minutes or until warm.Return stir-fry to high heat source and add bean sprout, sake hoisin and soy sauce and stir-fry until bean sprouts are crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.Remove tortilla from oven. Divide pork mixture among tortillas and roll up to enclose pork mixture. Serve immediately.

Stir Fry Beef Wraps3 tablespoons granulated sugar3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper1/3 cup stir fry sauce1 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar1 tablespoon black bean garlic sauce1/3 cup hoisin sauce6 (10-inch) flour tortillas, heated1 (1 1/4 pound) beef sirloin, thinly sliced1 1/2  tablespoons water3 cups fresh snow pea pods6 cups bagged spinach, coarsely choppedIn medium bowl, combine sugar, pepper flakes, black bean garlic sauce, stir-fry sauce and vinegar; blend well. Set aside.Spread hoisin sauce over each heated tortilla. Set aside.Heat 12-inch non-stick skillet over high heat until very hot. Add beef strips; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until browned. Remove beef from skillet; place on plate.Reduce heat to medium-high. Add water and snow pea pods; cook for 30 seconds. Add spinach and cooked beef; cook an additional 30 seconds or until spinach just begins to wilt. Spoon beef mixture evenly onto tortillas.Place skillet back on burner over high heat. When very hot, add stir-fry mixture; cook until bubbling, about 30 seconds. Scrape pan with spoon to lift off all bits. Drizzle sauce evenly over beef mixture on tortillas. Wrap and serve.
