Neapolitan Pound Cake8 ounces cream cheese, softened4 eggs1 (18.25 ounce) box white cake mix3/4 cup milk or water3/4 cup strawberry flavor milk drink mix1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 cup chocolate milk drink mixPreheat oven to 350 degrees F (325 degrees F for a colored fluted pan). Grease and flour 12-cup fluted tube pan.In large bowl, blend cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Blend in cake mix and milk. Beat 2 minutes at highest speed. Put 2 cups batter in pan. Add dry strawberry milk drink mix to 2 cups of batter. Pour over vanilla batter.Add dry chocolate milk drink mix to remaining batter. Pour over strawberry batter. Bake 55 to 65 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool upright in pan 45 minutes.Loosen edges; remove from pan. Cool completely. If desired, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar or serve with ice cream and chocolate sauce.

Pantry Shelf Cake1 (18.25 ounce) box German chocolate cake mix1 can sweetened condensed milk1 small jar caramel topping1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping3 Heath or Skor Bars, crushedBake mix as directed on box in an 11 x 9-inch pan. Poke holes in top of cake while warm with the end of a wooden spoon. Pour condensed milk over top into the holes. Pour caramel topping in same holes. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with the crushed candy bars. Refrigerate until serving time.

Pumpkin Upside Down Cake3 eggs1 cup granulated sugar3 1/2 cups pumpkin pur?e2 teaspoons ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon ground ginger1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg1/2 teaspoon salt12 ounces evaporated milk1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix1 cup toasted chopped pecans4 tablespoons melted unsalted butterSpiced CreamPreheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with wax paper and set aside.In a large bowl beat the eggs until slightly thickened and lemon colored. Add the sugars, pumpkin pur?e, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well, then gently stir in the evaporated milk. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and sprinkle the cake mix over the top. Sprinkle with the pecans and pour the butter evenly over the entire pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted into the cake layer comes clean and the cake bounces back when gently pressed. Cool thoroughly.Remove cake from pan and place on a serving dish. Serve with Spiced Cream on the side, or frost with chilled Spiced Cream.Spiced Cream1 cup heavy cream1 teaspoon cinnamon1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg1/4 teaspoon ground gingerWhip the cream until light and fluffy. Fold in the spices. Chill.

Payday CakeThis tastes just like a Payday candy bar!Cake1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix 1/3 cup margarine1 egg 3 cups mini marshmallows (to use after cake is baked)1st Topping 2/3 cup corn syrup 1/4 cup margarine 1 (12 ounce) package peanut butter chips 2 teaspoons vanilla extract2nd Topping2 cups Rice Krispies 2 cups salted peanutsMix all cake ingredients (except marshmallows) together and bake in ungreased 9 x 13 pan for 12-18 minutes at 350 degrees F.When baked and while still hot, put marshmallows on top.Heat the 1st topping ingredients over medium heat, stirring constantly. Pour over top of cake.Sprinkle 2 cups of Rice Krispies over 1st topping, then 2 cups peanuts on top.

Grease and flour two 8-inch round cake pans.Combine the dry cake mix and the instant pudding mix in the large bowl of an electric mixer.Add the Mountain Dew, eggs and oil and beat as directed on the cake mix package.Crumble the tarragon with your fingers (do it over a piece of paper instead of directly into the bowl, so you can catch and re-crumble any large pieces that escape). Add the tarragon and beat just to mix thoroughly.Pour into prepared pans and bake 30 to 35 minutes, until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Toss the sliced strawberries with the 1/4 cup granulated sugar; set aside.Allow cake to cool.Mix pudding with milk; beat in cream cheese. Spread over the cake. Place strawberries with sugar in colander to remove juice. Spoon strawberries over pudding mixture, followed by the whipped topping. Sprinkle nuts over whipped topping. Top with whole strawberries. Sinner's DelightDon't worry if it looks like someone sat on this cake ? it's still out of this world!2 cups miniature marshmallows1 (18.25 ounce) box chocolate cake mix1/3 cup packed brown sugar1/4 cup cocoa2 cups boiling water1 to 2 cup chopped nutsGrease a 13 x 9-inch cake pan. Place marshmallows in bottom of pan and spread out to cover bottom. Mix cocoa and brown sugar with boiling water and pour over marshmallows.Prepare cake mix following instructions. Very carefully pour cake mix over marshmallows and hot water. Liberally sprinkle nuts over top of cake. Bake according to cake mix instructions. Upon removal from oven, immediately and very carefully turn cake out onto a serving plate (a cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil works great) and try to smooth out melted marshmallows.
